| 目的：分析乳腺X 线检查的误漏诊原因，提高诊断准确性。方法：选择2011 年3 月至2013 年12 月来我院就诊的135 例经
乳腺X 线摄影和病理检查证实的乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象，将X线摄影结果与病理检查结果对比，进行回顾性的分析。结果：病
理诊断72 例良性肿瘤而X 线误诊为恶性7 例(误诊率9.72 %)；63 例恶性肿瘤而X线误诊为良性5 例(漏诊率7.93 %）。结论：乳
腺X 线误诊与乳腺致密程度、患者年龄以及肿瘤形态相关。掌握拍片技术减少技术性误差，提高影像质量，诊断时仔细阅片并熟
知各类型乳腺疾病的特征性X 影像表象，并与临床相结合，增强责任心，可减少乳腺X 线检查的误漏诊。 |

| Objective:The aim of this study is to analysis the reasons for misdiagnosis of breast cancer in mammography, reduce
missed and misdiagnosis of breast carcinoma and improve diagnosis capability.Methods:135 cases of breast cancer were confirmed by
biopsies pathology in our hospital from March 2011 to February 2013. The diagnosis results of X-ray photography before operation were
retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the 72 cases pathological diagnosis as benign tumor 7 cases were misdiagnosed as malignant by
mammography (misdiagnosis rate 9.72 %); 63 cases of malignant tumor while X-ray misdiagnosed as benign in 5 cases (omission diagnostic
rate 7.93 %).Conclusion:X-ray diagnosis of breast cancer was correlated with the density, age and shape of the tumor. Master
filmmaking techniques, reduce technical error, improve image quality, carefully read the film and be familiar with various types of mammary
gland disease characteristic X-ray image representation, combined with clinical, strengthen the sense of responsibility can reduce
the missed and misdiagnosis of breast X-ray examination. |
