| 目的：探索结直肠癌患者术前术后肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）、一氧化氮（nitric oxide，NO）、白细胞介
素-1β（Interleukin-1Beta，IL-1β）、白细胞介素-6 (interleukin-6, IL-6)表达水平的变化及其临床意义。方法：对本院75 例结直肠癌患
者分别采用硝酸还原法及双抗夹心ELISA 法检测手术前后NO及TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 表达水平的变化，同时将其与43 例健康体
检者相比较。结果：结直肠癌患者手术前血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 浓度（19.45± 4.09，3.91± 0.25，15.93 ± 1.00）明显高于正常对
照组(P＜0.05)，而NO 浓度（27.5± 5.5）明显低于正常对照组(P＜0.05)，手术治疗后7 天，TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 血清含量（12.31 ±
3.89，1.41± 0.33，9.30± 2.11）明显降低(P＜0.05)，而NO 含量恢复正常水平。结论：血清中TNF-α、NO、IL-1β、IL-6 浓度与结直肠癌
密切相关，对TNF-α、NO、IL-1β、IL-6 浓度进行联合诊断可作为结直肠癌早期诊断的参考指标。 |

| Objective:To explore the pre and post-operative changes and its clinical significance of the levels of tumor necrosis
factor-α(TNF-α), nitric oxide(NO), Interleukin-1 Beta (IL-1β) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in patients with Colorectal Cancer.Methods:Nitrate
reduction and double-antibody sandwich ELISA were used respectively to detect the levels of NO and TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in 75
Colorectal Cancer patients, compared with that in control group.Results:In preoperative Colorectal Cancer patients, the levels of serum
TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 were significantly higher than those in controls(19.45± 4.09，3.91± 0.25，15.93 ± 1.00)(P＜0.05), while the NO level
was significantly lower (27.5± 5.5)(P＜0.05). After 7days from operation, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 were lower than before
(12.31 ± 3.89, 1.41± 0.33, 9.30± 2.11)(P＜0.05), and the NO level returned to normal.Conclusion:TNF-α, NO, IL-1β and IL-6 play
important roles in Colorectal Cancer, and they may provide new reference for Colorectal Cancer's early diagnosis. |
