| 目的：探讨α-晶状体蛋白B 链（Alpha-crystallin B chain，CRYAB）在乳腺癌中表达的临床病理学意义。方法：收集乳腺癌病
例及相应的临床资料包括随访资料，应用IHC 染色方法检测CRYAB在乳腺良性病变（BBD)、无淋巴结转移乳腺癌(NMBC)、有
淋巴结转移乳腺癌（MBC）及配对淋巴结转移灶(PMLN)中的表达，分析CRYAB表达与乳腺癌临床病理指标(患者年龄、肿块大
小、淋巴结转移情况、临床分期、组织学分型和分级、雌孕激素受体和c-cerbB2 表达情况、绝经情况）间及生存状态的关系。结果：
CRYAB 在对照组BBD 组、NMBC 组、MBC 组、PMLN 组的阳性表达率分别为97.9%（46/47)、44.6%（37/83)、13.1%（14/107）、
10.8%（11/107），其中BBD 组和NMBC组，BBD组、NMBC 组分别与MBC 组、PMLN 组均存在显著性差异。CRYAB表达与淋巴
结转移（P<0.001）、临床分期（P=0.001）、组织学分级（P =0.037）和雌孕激素受体表达情况（P<0.001）有显著相关，无淋巴结转移组
的阳性表达率显著高于有淋巴结转移组，临床晚期的阳性表达率低于临床早期，雌孕激素受体阳性病例的阳性表达率显著低于
雌孕激素受体阴性病例。生存分析结果显示CRYAB阳性表达的患者生存期比CRYAB阴性表达的患者生存期更长（p=0.037）。
结论：CRYAB与乳腺癌的转移、临床分期、生存状态、雌孕激素受体表达有关。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological significance of Alpha-crystallin B chain (CRYAB) in the diagnosis
and treatment of breast cancer.Methods:Cases of breast cancer and the corresponding clinical data including follow-up data were collected,
immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining method was used to detect the CRYAB in benign breast disease (BBD), no lymph node
metastasis breast cancer (NMBC) and lymph node metastasis breast cancer (MBC) and paired lymph node metastasis foci (PMLN). Analysis
of CRYAB expression in breast cancer and clinical pathology indicators (Patient age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, clinical
stage, histological type and grade, estrogen and progesterone receptor and c-cerbB2 expression, menopausal status) and survival status
was analysized.Results:CRYAB positive expression rate in BBD group, NMBC group, MBC group, PMLN group were 97.9%(46/47),
44.6% (37/83), 13.1 14/107, 10.8% (11/107) respectively, there is significant difference between BBD group and NMBC group, BBD
group, NMBC group and MBC group, PMLN group. There are significant difference between CRYAB expression and lymph node
metastasis (P<0.001), clinical stage (P=0.001), and estrogen and progesterone receptor expression (P<0.001). CRYAB expression is higher
in no lymph node metastasis group than in lymph node metastasis group, was lower in late clinical stage than in the early clinical stage,
was lower in estrogen and progesterone receptor positive cases than the negative cases. Survival analysis showed that patients with
CRYAB positive expression had longer survival time than those with CRYAB negative expression (p=0.037).Conclusion:The expression
of CRYAB was related to the metastasis, clinical stage, survival status and estrogen and progesterone receptor expression in breast
cancer. |
