| 目的：研究CD133 蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法：选择2011 年4 月
~2012 年4 月间我院收治的42 例NSCLC 的临床资料，采用免疫组织化学染色法检测癌组织和其中30 例癌旁边正常组织
CD133 的表达，并分析其与肺癌临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果：癌症组织CD133 蛋白阳性表达率为57.1%，高于癌旁边正常
组织的16.7%，差异有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)；CD133蛋白阳性表达与NSCLC 患者年龄、性别以及肿瘤大小、肿瘤位置、组织学
类型、组织分化程度以及不同临床分期无关(均P>0.05)，与淋巴结转移有关，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；CDD133 阳性及阴性患
者近3 年生存率比较，1年生存率比较差异不显著（P>0.05），2、3 年生存率比较，差异显著有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：CD133 蛋
白在NSCLC 组织中的高表达，且与NSCLC 转移及预后密切相关，对于患者临床特征及预后的关系具有重要的研究价值。 |

| Objective:To investigate the expression of CD133 protein in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)and its relationship
with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis.Methods:Choose the clinical data of 42 cases of NSCLC who treated in our hospital
from April 2011 to April 2012, detect the expression of CD133 of beside carcinoma tissues and 30 cases normal tissue by
immunohistochemical staining method. Analzed the relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of lung cancer.Results:The positive expression rate of the cancer tissue protein CD133 was 57.1%, higher than 16.7% of the cancer next to normal
tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The positive expression of CD133 protein was not related to age, sex, tumor
size, tumor location, histological type, histological differentiation and clinical stage (all P>0.05), and related to the lymph nodes,
statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); Compared with CDD133 positive and negative patients in recent 3 years survival rate, the
first year comparative difference was not significant (P > 0.05). Second years and third years, the difference was statistically significant(P
< 0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of CD133 protein in non-small cell lung cancer is closely related to the metastasis and
prognosis of NSCLC. It has important research value for the relationship between clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients. |
