目的:研究细胞间隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)与信号通路基因Smoothened(Smo)在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选择从
2013 年1月~2015年12 月在医院接受手术治疗的胰腺癌患者53 例切除组织及与癌组织相配对的3cm 外癌旁组织,对比不同
胰腺组织中Cx43 与Smo 阳性表达率,及Cx43 mRNA 与Smo mRNA 表达水平,分析胰腺癌组织中Cx43 和Smo 表达与胰腺癌
的病理特征之间的关系及两者的相关性。结果:胰腺癌组织中Cx43 的阳性表达率及Cx43 mRNA表达水平明显低于在癌旁组织,
而Smo 的阳性表达率及Smo mRNA表达水平明显高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。胰腺癌患者组织学分级为Ⅲ
级、有淋巴结转移者的Cx43 mRNA 表达水平分别明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级、无淋巴结转移者,Smo mRNA 表达水平则明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ
级、无淋巴结转移者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Pearson 相关性分析结果发现,胰腺癌组织中Cx43 mRNA和Smo mRNA
表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.846,P=0.000)。结论:Cx43 mRNA在胰腺癌中的表达下降,而Smo mRNA 则表达上调,临床监测Cx43 及
Smo 基因的表达情况,有助于评价患者的病情与预后。 |

Objective:To study the expression of connexin43 (Cx43)and signal pathway gene Smoothened (Smo)in pancreatic
cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:Selected 53 cases of resected tissues and 3cm adjacent tissues from the pancreatic cancer
patients accepted surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2013 to December 2015, positive expression rateof Cx43 and Smo,as
well as the expression level of Cx43 mRNA and Smo mRNA were compared in different pancreatic tissues, analyzed the relationship
between the pathological features of pancreatic cancer and Cx43 and Smo expression, and the between these two indexes.Results:The
positive expression rate of Cx43 and expression level of Cx43 mRNA in pancreatic cancer tissue were significantly lower than adjacent
tissues, while the positive expression rate of Smo and expression level of Smo mRNA in pancreatic cancer tissue were significantly
higher than that in the adjacent tissues, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression level of Cx43 mRNA in
patients with histologic grade III and lymph node metastasis were significantly lower than that of grade I~II and without lymph node
metastasis, but the expression level of Smo mRNA was significantly higher than that of grade I~II and without lymph node metastasis, the
differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression of Cx43 was negatively
correlated with the expression of Smo in pancreatic cancer tissues (r=-0.846, P=0.000).Conclusion:The expression of Cx43 mRNA in
pancreatic cancer is decreased, while the Smo mRNA is up-regulated, monitoring the expression of Cx43 and Smo genes is help to
evaluate the condition and prognosis of patients. |
