      目的:探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定小牛血去蛋白滴眼液中尼泊金乙酯含量的可行性。方法:利用Agilent 1100 Series高 效液相色谱仪,在Diamonsil C18 色谱柱(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 um),甲醇-0.05%乙酸水溶液(65:35)作为流动相,1. 0 mL·min -1流 速,和30 ℃柱温下,利用254 nm检测波长对小牛血去蛋白滴眼液中尼泊金乙酯进行定量分析。结果:尼泊金乙酯进样量在 0.29~1.43 ug 之间呈现良好的线性关系(r = 0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.80%,RSD 为0.91%。结论:HPLC 方法简单快速,分离 效果好,可用于小牛血去蛋白滴眼液中尼泊金乙酯的定量测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine ethylparaben in deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops.Methods:The content of ethylparaben in deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops was measured and quantified by using Agilent 1100 Series HPLC with parameters as Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 um), 30℃ column temperature, methanol-0.05% acetic acid at 1.0 mL·min-1 mobile phase, 10 滋L injection volume and 254 nm detection wavelength.Results:The method displayed good linearity over the concentration ranges of 0.29~1.43 ug (r = 0.9999). The average recoveries of ethylparaben was 99.80%, with the RSD of 0.91%.Conclusion:The HPLC method is suitable for the determination of ethylparaben in deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops with its simple, accurate and reproducible features.
