| 目的：探讨胰岛素联合六味地黄丸治疗老年早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法：收集我院收治的老年早期糖尿病肾病
患者100 例，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各50 例，对照组患者血糖情况给予胰岛素1 次~2 次/d，实验组患者在此基础上给
予六味地黄丸1 丸/ 次，2 次/d，口服。连续4 周。治疗结束后，对患者血清糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、胱抑素
C(Cys-C)水平的变化及临床疗效进行检测并比较。结果：与治疗前相比，两组患者的HbA1c、HCY、Cys-C 均下降(P<0.05)；与对照
组相比，实验组患者HbA1c、HCY、Cys-C 水平较低(P<0.05)，实验组患者治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论：胰岛素联合六味地黄
丸能够有效改善老年早期糖尿病肾病患者的糖稳态及肾功能，临床疗效较好。 |

| Objective:To study the effect of insulin combined with Liuwei Dihuang Wan on elderly patients with early diabetic
nephropathy.Methods:100 elderly patients with early diabetic nephropathy who admitted in our hospital were collected and randomly
assigned to the experimental collected and control group, with 50 cases in each group, the control group was given insulin 1~ 2 times per
day, while the experimental group was treated by Liuwei Dihuang Wan 1 pill / time, 2 times / d, port service on the basis of the control
group. All the patients were treated for 4 consecutive weeks. At the end of treatment, the changes of serum glucose and glycosylated
hemoglobin (HbA1c), homocysteine (Hcy), CystatinC (Cys) levels and clinical efficacy were detected and compared between two
groups.Results:Compared with before treatment, the HbA1c, Hcy, Cys levels of both groups were decreased (P 0.05); compared with the
control group, the HbA1c, Hcy, Cystatin C levels of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05), the total efficiency
of experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin combined with Liuwei Dihuang wan could effectively improve the
glucose homeostasis and renal function of elderly patients with early diabetic nephropathy. |
