| 目的：探讨槐定碱联合顺铂对卵巢癌中脆性组氨酸三联（FHIT）、凋亡抑制基因survivin、抑癌基因PTEN的表达影响研究。方
法：收集我院卵巢癌患者60例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组30 例，所有患者在给予纠正电解质与酸碱平衡等常规治疗后，对
照组患者给予顺铂注射液进行治疗，实验组患者在对照组的基础上给予槐定碱注射液进行治疗。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者
卵巢癌组织中FHIT，survivin 及PTEN 表达水平的变化情况以及不良反应的发生率。结果：与治疗前相比，治疗后两组患者FHIT
及PTEN表达水平均升高，survivin 表达水平均降低(P＜0.05)，治疗结束后与对照组相比，实验组患者FHIT 及PTEN表达水平较
高(P＜0.05)；与对照组相比，实验组患者survivin 表达水平较低(P＜0.05)；且两组患者不良反应率相当(P＞0.05)。结论：槐定碱联
合顺铂可以有效降低卵巢癌的恶性程度，减慢肿瘤细胞的增殖发展，延缓病情，其机制可能与升高抑癌基因FHIT 和PTEN 的表
达水平，以及降低凋亡抑制基因survivin 的表达有关。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of sophoridine combined with cisplatin on the expression of fragile histidine triad
(FHIT), survivin and phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) in ovarian cancer.Methods:60 patients with
ovarian cancer fromour hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 30 cases each
group. All patients were given correct electrolyte and acid-base balance and other conventional treatment. The patients in control group
were treated by Cisplatin injection and the patients in experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with Sophoridine
injection. The expression of FHIT, survivin and PTEN were compared after three courses of treatment by SPSS19.0.Results:Compared
with before treatment, the expression levels of FHIT and PTEN were higher (P＜0.05), the expression levels of survivin were lower(P＜
0.05).Compared with the control group, the expression levels of FHIT and PTEN were higher (P＜0.05), and the expression levels of
survivin were lower (P＜0.05) and the adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference （P＞0.05）.Conclusion:Sophoridine alkali combined with cisplatin can effectively reduce the malignant degree of ovarian cancer and decrease tumor cell
proliferation, and its mechanism may be related with up-regulating FHIT, PTEN expression and decrease survivin expression in ovarian
cancer tissues. |
