| 目的：通过对比乳腺癌手术分别采用保乳手术和改良根治手术的治疗效果，探讨分析两种不同的手术方法的疗效差异，为临
床治疗和相关研究提供参考。方法：选取88 例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，并以不同的临床手术治疗方法为依据，将两组患者分为
研究组和对照组，各44 例，就诊时间为2010 年2 月至2011 年12 月。研究组给予保乳手术，对照组给予改良根治手术。对两组患
者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率以及两组患者的躯体评分、心理评分、社会评分和精神评分等各项生存质量
评分结果为观察指标。结果：研究组患者的手术时间小于对照组，研究组患者的住院时间短于对照组，研究组患者的并发症发生
率低于对照组，研究组的术中出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者的躯体评分、心理评分、社会评分和精
神评分等各项生存质量评分结果均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：与改良根治手术相比较，采用保乳手术治疗
乳腺癌的临床综合效果显著，患者的术后生活质量更好，是临床治疗乳腺癌的理想选择方式之一。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical surgery on the treatment
of breast cancer, so as to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:88 cases with breast cancer who were treated
in our hospital fromFebruary 2010 to December 2011 were chosen as the research objects. According to the different treatment methods,
the patients were divided into the study group and the control group, with 44 patients in each group. The patients in the study group were
treated with the breast-conserving surgery, while the patients in the control group were treated with the modified radical surgery. Then the
operation time, the hospitalization, the blood loss, the complications, and physical and psychological scores, and social and spiritual
stages were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The operation time in the study
group was shorter than that of the control group, and the hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the
blood loss in the study group was less than that of the control group, the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than
that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The physical score, score psychological, social and
spiritual score ratings and other quality of life scores in the study group were higher than that the control group, and the differences were
statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with modified radical surgery, the clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery for
breast cancer is more significant, the postoperative quality of life of patients is better, and it is one of the ideal ways for the clinical
treatment of breast cancer. |
