| 目的：观察支气管哮喘患儿肺功能状态及Th1Th2 指标的变化情况。方法：选取2013 年10 月~2015 年8 月本院诊治的65
例支气管哮喘患儿为观察组，另选择同期接受体检的健康同龄儿童65 名为对照组。比较两组患儿肺功能状态及Th1Th2 指标，观
察不同严重程度及分期支气管哮喘患儿的肺功能状态及Th1Th2 指标。结果：观察组患儿肺功能指标及血清Th1Th2 指标均低于
对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿发作期肺功能指标及血清Th1Th2 指标明显低于缓解期，差异具有统计学意
义（P<0.05）；重度患儿肺功能指标及血清Th1Th2 指标均低于轻度及中度患儿，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；中度患儿肺功能指
标及血清Th1Th2 指标低于轻度患儿，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：支气管哮喘患儿肺功能状态及Th1Th2 指标的变化较
大，且疾病分期与疾病严重程度对其检测结果也有较大影响。 |

| Objective:To observe the changes of pulmonary function status and Th1Th2 indexes of children with bronchial
asthma.Methods:65 children with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital fromOctober 2013 to August 2015 were selected as
the observation group, and another 65 heathy children at the same age were chosen to be the control group. Then the pulmonary function
status and Th1Th2 indexes of two groups were compared, and the pulmonary function status and Th1Th2 indexes of observation group
with different severity degree and stages were compared.Results:The pulmonary function status and the serum Th1Th2 indexes of the
observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The pulmonary
function status and the serumTh1Th2 indexes of the observation group at the progression stage were significantly lower than those of the
remission stage, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The pulmonary function status and the serumTh1Th2 indexes of
the children with severe disease were significantly lower than those of the moderate and slight disease, and the difference was statistically
significant (P<0.05); The pulmonary function status and the serum Th1Th2 indexes of the children with moderate disease were
significantly lower than those of the slight disease, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The change of
pulmonary function status and Th1Th2 indexes of children with bronchial asthma can influence the disease stages and severity. |
