| 目的：研究阿托伐他汀片与血栓通注射液联合治疗对脑梗死患者血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法：选取我院从2012 年2 月
到2014 年2 月收治的急性脑梗死患者100 例，分成两组，每组各50 例。对照组静脉滴注血栓通注射液，试验组静脉滴注血栓通
注射液加口服阿托伐他汀片治疗。14 天后观察两个组的治疗效果，并且进行血脂（TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C）、血液流变学（血浆粘
度、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、全血还原黏度、纤维蛋白原、细胞刚性指数）等指标的检测，以及疗效及不良反应情况。结果：治
疗后试验组TC、TG、LDL-C低于对照组，HDL-C高于对照组，且具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，试验组血浆粘度、全血高切粘
度、全血低切粘度、全血还原黏度、纤维蛋白原、细胞刚性指数均低于对照组，且具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组总有效率为
88.0 %（44/50），高于对照组的66.0%（33/50）（P<0.05）。试验组发生不良反应发生率与对照组比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：阿
托伐他汀片联合血栓通注射液对于脑梗死患者的血脂和血液流变学的影响疗效显著，且具有明显的降脂效果。 |

| Objective:To study effect of atorvastatin tablets combined with Xueshuantong injection therapy on blood lipids and
hemorheology in the patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Selected 100 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our
hospital from Feb. 2012 to Feb. 2014, divided into two groups (each n=50). Control group received intravenous Xueshuantong injection,
experimental group received intravenous Xueshuantong injection and oral atorvastatin treatment. Fourteen days after, therapeutic effect of
the two groups were observed, and blood lipids (TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C) and hemorheology ( plasma viscosity, whole blood high
shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, blood reduced viscosity, fibrinogen, cell rigidity index ) were detected. Additionally,
curative effect and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C of the experimental group were lower
than those of the control group, HDL-C higher than the control group's, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment,
plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, blood reduced viscosity, fibrinogen, Cell rigidity
index of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and there was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total
effective rate of the experimental group was 88.0%(44/50), which was higher than 66.0%(33/50) that of the control group (P <0.05). The
incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The influence of
atorvastatin tablets combined with Xueshuantong injection on blood lipids and hemorheology in the patients with cerebral infarction
showed significant efficacy, also has significant lipid-lowering effect. |
