| 目的：观察保乳手术联合放射治疗乳腺癌患者临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的乳腺癌患者84例，均采取保乳手术联合放射
治疗，观察临床疗效。结果：所有患者手术均获得成功，84 例乳腺癌患者均在出院后进行随访，平均随访时间（2.1± 0.4）年，各项检
查未发现复发迹象。在放疗的期间内，乳房出现刺痛、发痒的不适患者20 例，皮肤色素沉着、红斑的患者37 例，在治疗后发生湿
性脱皮患者10 例，放射性食管炎患者8 例；在放疗结束1 个月，出现反射性肺炎患者2 例。手术及放疗后，患者乳房的美容效果
中优秀患者49 例，良好患者29 例，较差患者6 例；行肿瘤扩大切除术患者优秀率高于行象限切除术患者，差异有统计学意义
（P＜0.05）。结论：保乳手术联合放疗可保证治疗效果，同时降低并发症的发生，有利于美观，是一种优秀的乳腺癌治疗方法。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of breast conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy on the treatment
of breast cancer.Methods:84 patients with breast cancer who were treated in our hospital were selected and all treated with breast
conserving surgery combined with radiation therapy, and then clinical observation was conducted.Results:All patients were successfully
operated, and followed up with mean follow-up time (2.1± 0.4) years. The inspection found no signs of recurrence. During radiotherapy,
breast tingling and itching discomfort occurred in 20 patients, and skin pigmentation, pigmentation, erythema in 37 cases. 10 cases of wet
peeling and 8 cases of radioactive esophagitis occurred after the therapy. One month after the radiotherapy, reflective pneumonia
occurred in 2 patients. Regarding the breast cosmetic results after surgery and radiotherapy, 49 cases were excellent, 29 were good and 6
were bad. The excellent rate was higher in patients with extended tumor resection than that of the patients with quadrant resection, and
the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy can ensure the
treatment effect and meanwhile reduce the incidence of complications. It is conducive to the appearance and approach to the treatment of
breast cancer. |
