| 目的：研究美沙拉嗪颗粒联合美常安胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及对炎症反应的影响。方法：选取本院自2015 年1
月至2016 年1 月收治的92 例轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组各46 例。对照组单独行美沙拉嗪颗粒治疗，
治疗组行美沙拉嗪颗粒联合美常安胶囊治疗，总疗程16 周。对比观察两组患者治疗后对临床症状、临床症状积分、有效率以及炎
症指标的改变。结果：治疗组患者的症状改善情况、总有效率均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗组术前术后临床症状评分也明显
优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后红细胞沉降率（ESR）和C- 反应蛋白(CRP)均明显降低，且治疗组降低更显著，差异有统计
学意义（P<0.05）。结论：美沙拉嗪颗粒联合美常安胶囊可有效提高轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎治疗效果，减轻炎症反应，改善患者临床
症状，临床效果显著，值得推广和应用。 |

| Objective:Toresearch the clinical symptoms and inflammatory response of mesalamine combined medilac-S for ulcerative
colitis.Methods:92 cases of mild, moderate ulcerative colitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016
divided into two groups randomly, control group and treatment group, 46 cases in each. The control group were only treated with
mesalamine and the others were treated with mesalamine combined medilac-S, both of them used the medicine for 16 weeks. Then we
compared the clinical symptoms, the clinical symptom score, the effective rate and the change of the index of inflammation between the
two groups.Results:The symptomatic improvement total and effective rate in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P＜
0.05). The improvement of the clinical symptom score in the treatment group was better than the control group(P＜0.05). Compared with
the pre/post-treatment of ESR and CRP between the two groups, the treatment group was also better than the control group(P＜0.05). The
erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)and C-reactive protein (CRP)were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment, and the
treatment group decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mesalamine combined
medilac-S can effectively improve the mild to moderate ulcerative colitis, reduce the inflammatory reaction, improve the clinical symptoms
of patients. The clinical effect of this method is significant and it is worthy to promotion and application. |
