| 目的：探讨肝癌患者体液免疫和细胞免疫功能状况。方法：选取2012 年1月20日至2015 年3 月25 日在西宁市第一人民医
院就诊的126 例肝癌患者和87 名健康者作为研究对象，采用免疫透射比浊法测定血清IgA、IgG 水平，采用流式细胞术检测外周
血T 淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+水平。结果：与健康对照组相比，肝癌组患者血清中IgA和IgG 水平显著升高
（P＜0.05），外周血中T 淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+显著降低（P＜0.05），CD8+显著升高（P＜0.05）。结论：肝癌患者体
液免疫功能增强，细胞免疫功能降低，外周血T细胞亚群和血清免疫球蛋白的检测对了解肝癌患者的病情、预后以及免疫治疗具
有一定的临床指导意义。 |

| Objective:To investigate the changes of humoral and cellular immune function in patients with liver carcinoma.Methods:126 cases with liver carcinoma and 87 healthy individuals in Xining First People's Hospital were selected as the reasearch
subjects. Then the immune turbidimetric method was used to determine the levels of IgA and IgG in serum. The flow cytometry was used
to detect the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral blood of T lymphocyte cells.Results:Compared with the control
group, the serumlevels of IgA and IgG of patients with liver carcinoma increased significantly (P<0.05), and the peripheral blood CD3+,
CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels of patients with liver carcinoma obviously raised (P<0.05). However, level of CD8+ in peripheral blood of
patients with liver cancer markedly declined (P<0.05).Conclusion:Humoral immune function increased and cellular immune function
declined in patients with liver cancer. Determination of T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood and serumimmune globulin had certain
clinical significance to improve the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and immune therapy. |
