| 目的：探讨局部注射药物联合口服康复新液辅助治疗颈淋巴结结核的临床疗效及安全性。方法：按照随机数字表法将2010
年1 月-2014 年1 月我院收治的140 例颈淋巴结结核患者分为对照组（n=70）和观察组（n=70），对照组口服异烟肼、利福平、乙胺
丁醇、吡嗪酰胺及肌注链霉素进行全身抗结核治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上局部注射异烟肼、链霉素粉联合口服康复新液治
疗。比较两组患者治疗后1 个月、3个月及6 个月症状缓解率,淋巴结吸收率,治疗后3 个月复发率及不良反应发生率。结果：观察
组治疗后1 个月、3 个月及6个月的症状缓解率、淋巴结吸收率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后3 个月，观察组复发率为2.86%，显
著低于对照组的11.43%（P<0.05）。观察组恶心、局部反应、白细胞减少及肝功能损害发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：局部注
射抗结核药物联合口服康复新液辅助治疗颈淋巴结结核可提高患者的症状缓解率和淋巴结吸收率，且安全性高，有重要的临床推广价值。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of local injection of anti tuberculosis drugs combined with oral
kangfuxin solution in the treatment of cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis.Methods:A total of 140 patients with cervical tuberculous
lymphadenitis, who were admitted to Second Central Hospital of Baoding from January 2010 to October 2014, were randomly divided
into control group(n=70) and observation group(n=70). The control group was given systemic anti tuberculosis treatment by orally taking
isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide and by injecting streptomycin, while the observation group was locally injected with
isoniazid and streptomycin powder and orally took kangfuxin solution based on the treatment of control group. Then the symptoms
remission rate, lymph node absorbility 1, 3, 6 months after treatment and recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate 3 months after
treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:The symptoms remission rate and lymph node absorbility in the observation group
were higher than those in the control group 1, 3, 6 months after treatment(P<0.05). 3 month after treatment, the recurrence rate(2.86%) in
the observation group was significantly lower than that (11.43%) in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of nausea, local reactions,
aleukocytosis, liver function damage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Local
injection of anti tuberculosis drugs combined with oral kangfuxin solution can significantly improve symptoms remission rate and lymph
node absorbility in the treatment of cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis,with high safety, which has an important clinical value. |
