| 目的：探讨奥平栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染的临床效果。方法：选择我院2006 年10 月-2015 年2 月
诊治的慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染患者196 例，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各98 例，对照组给予微波治疗，治
疗组给予奥平栓联合微波治疗，治疗观察周期为2 个月。对两组患者疗效、HPV 阳性状况、生活质量及治疗依从性进行观察与对
比。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组显效率明显较高(P<0.05)。治疗后经过检测，治疗组与对照组的HPV 阳性率分别为1.0 %和7.1
%，组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗后经过调查，与对照组相比，治疗组的总体健康、情感职能、社会功能和精神健康评分明显较
高(P<0.05)；治疗组的治疗依从率为99.0 %，高于对照组91.8 %的治疗依从率，组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：奥平栓联合微波
治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV 感染能提高治疗依从性，促进HPV 转阴，显著改善生活质量，从而有利于总体疗效的提高，是目
前较为理想的治疗方式。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of suppository combined with microwave treatment of chronic cervicitis
with high-risk HPV infection.Methods:196 chronic cervicitis patients with high-risk HPV infection were selected from October 2006 to
February 2015 in our hospital and were randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group, 98 patients each group. The
patients in control group were given microwave treatment, and the patients in treatment group received suppository combined with
microwave treatment, and the cycles were two months. Then the efficacy, HPV positive rate, life quality and therapy compliance of two
groups were observed and compared.Results:The efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 98.0 % and 87.8 %
respectively, which the treatment group was significantly higher (P <0.05). After treatment, the HPV-positive rate of the treatment group
and the control group were 1.0 %and 7.1 % with significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the overall
health, role-emotional, social functioning and mental treatment scores in the treatment group were significantly higher (P <0.05); the
compliance rate in treatment group treatment was 99.0 % that was higher than 91.8 % in the control group, and the differences was
statistically significant between groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Suppository combined with microwave treatment of chronic cervicitis with
high-risk HPV infection can improve treatment compliance, promote HPV negative, and significantly improve the quality of life, then
help improve the overall curative efficacy, so it is an ideal way. |
