| 目的：探讨内镜与手术治疗结肠大息肉的临床疗效。方法：选取2011 年12 月至2013 年12 月本院诊治的结肠大息肉患者
144例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组72 例。对照组患者采用传统手术治疗，观察组患者采用内镜治疗。观察并比较两组患者的
治疗效果。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后禁食时间、术后住院时间、住院费用均少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.
05）；观察组术后排气时间、下床活动时间、术后排便时间均早于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生
率、术后复发率、二次手术率均明显低于对照组，随访1 年镜检结果明显优于对照组，患者满意度明显高于对照组，差异均有统计
学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：内镜与手术均是治疗结肠大息肉的有效方案，其中内镜治疗的效果更佳，创伤小，可明显缩短治疗时间和
恢复时间，有助于减少住院费用，并发症少且安全性高，复发率低，易为患者所接受。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopy and operation on the treatment of colonic polyps.Methods:144 patients with colonic polyps who were treated in hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomly
divided into two groups. 72 patients in the control group were treated with the conventional operation, while another 72 patients in the
observation group were treated with the endoscopy. Then the clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared.Results:The
operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative fasting time, hospitalization and costs in observation group were
significantly less than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The postoperative exhaust
time, the activity time, the postoperative defecation time in observation group were significantly earlier than those of the control group,
and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications, postoperative recurrence rate,
second operation rate in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically
significant (P<0.05). Colonoscopy result follow-up 1 year in observation group was significantly better than control group. Patients
satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than control group. Differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopy and operation are effective methods in treatment of colon polyps. Endoscopy has better effect, which has less
trauma, which can significantly shorten treatment time and recovery time, which is helpful to reduce hospitalization expenses, which has
fewer complications, higher safety, lower recurrence rate, which is easily accepted by patients. |
