目的:研究CD147 在还没前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。方法:选择2013 年10 月-2015 年10 月
我院收治的前列腺癌患者61例作为研究对象,另选取同期接受手术治疗的前列腺增生患者49 例作为对照组,术中收集前列腺
癌患者的肿瘤组织和癌旁组织以及前列腺增生患者的组织标本,采用免疫组化法检测CD147 在前列腺癌组织、癌旁组织及前列
腺增生组织中的表达情况。结果:CD147 在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率(95.08%)显著高于癌旁组织(32.79%)和前列腺增生组
织(16.32%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD147 在癌旁组织中的阳性表达率(32.79%)高于前列腺增生组织(16.32%),差异具
有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD147 的阳性表达与前列腺癌Gleason 分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移及远处转移呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。
结论:CD147 在前列腺癌组织中呈阳性表达,且Gleason 病理分级≥ 5、临床分期T3~4、淋巴结转移N1 及远处转移M1 均为前列
腺癌组织中CD147mRNA阳性表达的危险因素。 |

Objective:To study the expressions of CD147 in prostate cancer and its relationship with the clinicopathological
characteristics of tumor.Methods:61 cases with prostate cancer who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015
were selected as the research objects, and another 49 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected as the control group. Then the
expressions of CD147 in the tissues of prostate cancer, the adjacent tumor and the benign prostatic hyperplasia by immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive expression of CD147 in the prostate cancer was 95.08%, which was higher than 32.79% in the adjacent tumor
tissues and 16.32% in the benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The positive
expression of CD147 in the adjacent tumor tissues was 32.79%which was higher than 16.32%in the benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues,
and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was positive relationship between the CD147 expression and the Gleason
classification, the clinical tumor stage and the lymphatic and distant metastasis of tumor (P<0.05).Conclusion:CD147 in prostate cancer
tissues showed positive expression and Gleason ≥ 5, clinical stage at T3~4, lymph node metastasis of N1 and distant metastasis of M1
were the the risk factors of positive expressions of CD147 in prostate cancer tissues. |
