The change of Gene polymorphism and epigenetic modification of methylation was the most common pathogenesis
about genetics of tetralogy of fallot. In the process of heart development, VEGF gene polymorphism and ID2 gene methylation can cause
the heart developmental defect by abnormal regulation of these genes transcription and expression, leading to tetralogy of fallot. The
further study of gene polymorphism and DNA methylation can help us to realize the pathogenesis of tetralogy of fallot and to get new
ideas for its diagnosis and treatment. |
