      目的:探索传统教学模式结合网络云交互技术在外科实践教学中的应用效果。方法:于我校2011 级五年制临床医学专业本 科生中选取76 人,随机平均分为两组,分别采取单纯传统大课教学模式、传统教学结合网络云交互技术教学模式;课程结束后进 行闭卷理论考试和实践操作考试,综合两项成绩进行评定。同时向两组学员发放调查问卷,以此评价使用网络云交互技术辅助教 学的效果。结果:采取传统教学结合网络云交互技术教学模式组的成绩优于采取单纯传统教学模式组,两组成绩差异具有统计学 意义(P<0.05)。结论:在传统教学模式的基础上添加网络云交互技术更能激发学生的学习兴趣,大大提高了学习效率,更有利于本 科生外科实践的教学以及教学资源的整合及教学档案的建立。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To study the effects of combining the traditional large-scale class teaching methods and the new interactive technology in network cloud on clinical surgical practice teaching.Methods:76 five-year clinical undergraduates enrolled in the year of 2011were selected and divided into two groups randomly by average. Students in group A were taught by traditional teaching methods and students in group B by traditional methods combined with the interactive technology. A closed-book examination on theory of surgical practice and an operating test were carried out to evaluate students' learning outcomes, and a questionnaire was delivered to students in two groups.Results:The grade of students in group B who were taught by the new teaching method was better than those in group A taught only by traditional teaching methods and the resul tshave statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The new teaching method that combining the traditional teaching method and interactive technology in network cloud could motivate study interest of undergraduates and improve the efficiency in learning surgical practice, which is more helpful in surgical practice teaching, andat the same time, we can integrate resources and establish teaching files about the undergraduates' surgical practice teaching more easily through the new teaching method.
