| 目的：探讨肌动蛋白结合蛋白Girdin 与非小细胞肺癌（Non small cell lung cancer, NSCLC）侵袭转移的关系及其对预后的影
响。方法：应用免疫组织化学法检测167例非小细胞肺癌患者的病理组织标本中Girdin 蛋白和MMP-9的表达。结果：在167 例组
织标本中Girdin 蛋白高表达率为38.9%，其表达水平与患者分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移及生存状况密切相关，差异有统计学意义
（P<0.05），而与患者性别、年龄、吸烟指数、评分、病理类型及分化程度均无关（P均>0.05）。Girdin 蛋白的高表达往往伴有MMP-9
的高表达，两者显著相关，且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。Kaplan-Meier 单因素生存分析显示Girdin 高表达为非小细胞肺癌患者
预后的不良因素（P<0.05）。COX 多因素回归分析显示Girdin 的表达水平和分期是判断预后的独立指标（P<0.05）。结论：Girdin 蛋
白在非小细胞肺癌的侵袭和转移中可能发挥着重要的作用，在判断非小细胞肺癌患者预后方面具有一定的价值。 |

| Objective:To explore the correlation between Girdin and invasion and metastasis of NSCLC, and the impact of Girdin
on prognosis.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Girdin and MMP-9 in 167 tissue samples of Non
small cell lung cancer.Results:High expression of Girdin protein was found in 38.9% (65/167) of tissue samples and was significantly
associated with stage, lymph nodes metastasis, distant metastases and survival (P<0.05). No correlation were found between expression of
Girdin and gender, age, smoking status, PS, pathological type and differentiation (P>0.05). High expression of Girdin was found to be
correlated with high expression of MMP-9 (P<0.05). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed high expression of Girdin was a poor prognostic
factor in NSCLC (P<0.05). The multivariate Cox model identified expression of Girdin and stage as independent prognostic factors.Conclusion:Girdin plays an important role in invasion and metastasis of NSCLC, and it is useful for evaluating the prognosis of
NSCLC. |
