| 目的：研究早期静脉营养支持对肺癌患者术后免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2013 年5 月到2015 年5 月我院收治的肺癌行
择期手术者110 例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组，每组55 例，研究组术后第1 天给予早期静脉营养支持治疗，
对照组术后第2 天给予流质饮食，比较术前、术后第1 天和第7天T 细胞亚群、转铁蛋白（TFN）以及前白蛋白（PA）。结果：术后第
1 天两组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+均显著降低，与术前比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05），研究组术后第7 天CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+
显著升高，CD8+显著降低，与术前和对照组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）；研究组术后第7 天PA 和TFN 显著升高，与术前
和对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：早期静脉营养支持能改善肺癌患者术后营养状况，提高其免疫功能。 |

| Objective:To study the influence of early venous nutrition support on postoperative immune function of patients with
lung cancer.Methods:A total of 110 patients with lung cancer, who were admitted to Ya'an People's Hospital from May 2013 to May
2015 and underwent operation, were randomly divided into study group(n=55) and control group(n=55). The study group was given early
venous nutrition support 1 day after operation, while the control group was given liquid diet 2 days after operation, compared the T cell
subsets, transferrin (TFN) and prealbumin (PA) before and 1 day and 7 days after operation.Results:CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ of two groups 1
day after operation were significantly cut down than before operation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). CD3+, CD4+,
CD4+/CD8+ of the study group 7 days after operation were significantly increased, CD8+ was significantly reduced than before operation
and control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). PA and TFN of the study group 7 days after operation were significantly
increased than before operation and control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Early venous
nutrition support can improve the postoperative nutritional status and immune function of patients with lung cancer. |
