| 目的：比较不同方法修复Pilon 骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的Pilon 骨折患者156例为研究对象，根据手术方法不
同，将患者分成研究组和对照组，每组78 例。研究组给予分步延期切开复位内固定手术治疗，对照组给予有限内固定结合外固定
的手术治疗。观察并比较两组患者的踝关节功能、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间以及术后不良反应的发生情况等。结果：
与术前比较，两组患者术后踝关节功能均获得改善，且研究组踝关节功能优秀率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究
组患者术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率低于对照
组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：分步延期切开复位内固定手术治疗pilon 骨折的临床效果显著，是临床治疗pilon 骨折的
理想方案。但在临床实践中，应根据患者病情选择合适的治疗方案。 |

| Objective:To compare the differences of the clinical efficacy of different methods in the treatment of Pilon fracture.Methods:156 cases of Pilon fractures who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research object. According to the different
methods, the patients were divided into the study group and the control group, with 78 cases in each group. The patients in the study
group were treated with stepwise extension open reduction and internal fixation surgery, while the patients in the control group were
treated with the limited internal fixation combined with external fixation. Then the ankle function, blood loss, fracture healing time,
hospitalization and postoperative complications in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with before surgery,
the ankle function of patients in the two groups was better after the surgery, and the excellent ankle rate in the study group was higher
than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood loss, fracture healing time and
hospitalization in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically
significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference
was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The stepwise extension of open reduction and internal fixation has significant clinical
effect for patients with pilon fractures, which if the ideal options for the clinical treatment. What's more, we'd better develop the targeted
treatment for patients with pilon fractures on the basis of the individual clinical features. |
