Objective:To investigate the digital X-ray indexes on the evaluation of clinical effects of patients with obstructive
sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) who had taken the temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation.Methods:74 patients with
OSAHS who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research group, and 44 healthy
volunteers who had received the physical examination in our hospital were chosen to be the control group. Then the SNA, SNB, ANB,
NA/PA, PAS, U-MPW, V-LPW, PNS-R, H-MP, SPL, SPT and H-CVP were measured by X-ray before and after operation.Results:The
ANB, PNS-R, NA/PA, PAS, U-MPWand H-CVP in the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the
difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference about the SNB, SNA, V-LPW, H-MP,
SPL and SPT between the two groups (P>0.05); Compared with before operation, the ANB, PAS, U-MPWand H-CVP in the research
group significantly improved after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The digital X-ray can
better evaluate the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation for patients with OSAHS, which is worthy of clinical application. |
