| 目的：探讨左旋氨氯地平联合综合性心理干预治疗高血压伴围绝经综合征患者的临床治疗效果，为临床治疗提供参考。方
法：按照随机数字表法将2014 年7 月-2015 年7 月三峡大学仁和医院收治的113 例高血压伴围绝经综合征患者分为两组，观察
组（n=57 例）采用左旋氨氯地平联合综合性心理干预，对照组（n=56 例）仅予以左旋氨氯地平治疗。治疗1 个月后，采用汉密尔顿
焦虑量表（HAMA）和抑郁量表（HAMD）评分对两组患者的主要症状改善进行评估，测量两组治疗前后卵巢功能指标促黄体生成
素（Luteinizing hormone，LH）、血清促卵泡成熟激素（Follicle stimulating hormone，FSH）以及雌激素（Estrogen，E2），并比较两组患
者治疗后的临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后的LH、FSH 以及E2 水平均较治疗前明显改善，且观察组改善的幅度明显优于对照
组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后的HAMA、HAMD 评分均较治疗前降低，且观察组降低的幅度明显优于对照组，差异
有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后的临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：左旋氨氯地平联合综合性心理
干预可明显改善患者的负性情绪和提高临床治疗效果，有较高的临床推广价值。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of levamlodipine combined with comprehensive psychological intervention in
the treatment of patients with hypertension and menopausal syndrome, so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:113
patients with hypertension and menopausal syndrome in Renhe hospital of China Three Gorges University from July 2014 to July 2015
were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, in which observation group (n=57) treated with
levamlodipine combined with comprehensive psychological intervention, while control group (n=56) were treated with levamlodipine
only. 1 month after treatment, the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and depression scale(HAMD) were used to assess the main symptoms
improvement in two groups, detected the ovarian function indexes of Luteinizing hormone (LH), serum Follicle stimulating hormone
(FSH) and Estrogen (E2) in two groups before and after treatment,and then compared the clinical effect after treatment.Results:The LH,
FSH and E2 levels in two groups after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment, and the improved degree in
observation group was better than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The HAMA score and HAMD
score in two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the reducing degree in observation group was better than control
group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy in observation group was better than control group,the
difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levamlodipine combined with comprehensive psychological intervention for
patients with hypertension and menopausal syndrome can significantly improve the negative mood and promote the clinical effect, so it
has high reference value in clinic. |
