| 目的：探究微创穿刺引流术治疗颅内血肿患者临床疗效。方法：选取2014 年1 月至2014 年10 月我院收治的颅内血肿患者
100 例，给予微创穿刺引流术治疗。治疗结束后，随访一年，记录观察100 例颅脑损伤患者ADL评分、并发症、血肿清除率、存活率
以及死亡率。结果：①治疗后一年内，患者ADL 评分，I级43 例，Ⅱ级31 例，Ⅲ级14 例，Ⅳ级4 例，Ⅴ级3例；②手术一周后，患者
血肿清除率≥ 90%者91 例，60%≤ 血肿清除率<90%者7 例，血肿清除率<60%者2 例；③100 例患者中并发肺炎6 例，并发脑梗
死4 例，并发应激性溃疡5 例；④手术后一年内，死亡患者5 例，生存患者95 例。结论：微创穿刺引流术能有效降低颅内血肿患者
并发症的形成，恢复神经缺损功能，降低死亡率，提高生存率。在临床用以治疗颅内血肿患者具有较好的前景。 |

| Objective:To study the effect of the minimally invasive puncture drainage on patients with intracranial hematoma.Methods:100 patients with intracranial hematoma were selected, and treated with minimally invasive puncture drainage and followed up
for a year. The ADL score, postoperative complications, hematoma clearance rate, survival rate and mortality was recorded.Results:①
One year after treatment, for the ADL score of patients, there were 43 cases of grade I, 31 cases of grade II, III 14 cases, 4 cases of grade
IV, 3 cases of grade V; ② One week after operation, the hematoma clearance rate in 91 patients was more than 90%, and 7 cases of
hematoma clearance rate was between 60%and 90%, and 2 cases of hematoma clearance rate was below 60%; ③for the postoperative
complications, there was 6 patients with pneumonia in 100 patients, 4 cases with cerebral infarction, 5 cases with stress ulcer; ④Within
one year after operation, 5 patients died and 95 patients survived.Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery can effectively reduce the
complications of patientswith intracranial hematoma, and recover the neural function, decrease the mortality and improve the survival
rate, worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
