| 目的：探讨二氧化碳激光治疗联合5- 氟尿嘧啶对扁平疣的疗效。方法：选择2012 年2 月～2015 年9 月在我院进行诊治的
扁平疣患者121例，男62 例，女59例，其中观察组61 例给予二氧化碳激光联合5-氟尿嘧啶注射液治疗，对照组60 例给予二氧
化碳激光治疗，比较两组的疗效，T淋巴细胞亚群，复发率及不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率为98.36 %，明显高于对照组91.67
%（P<0.05）；经治疗后，两组治疗后的CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前有显著性差异（P<0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组治疗后
的CD4+和CD4+/CD8+明显升高，CD8+明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的复发率为5.88 %，明显低于对照组的
15.00 %（P<0.05）；两组的不良反应发生情况无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论：二氧化碳激光治疗联合5- 氟尿嘧啶对扁平疣疗效显著，
可明显提高患者免疫功能，降低扁平疣的复发率，值得临床应用推广。 |

| Objective:To explore the curative effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with 5-fluorouracil on the treatment of verruca
plana juvenilis.Methods:Selected 121 cases of patients with flat wart in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2015 were divided
into observation group (61 cases) and control group (60 cases). The patients in observation group were treated with carbon dioxide
laser combined with 5-fluorouracil, and the patients in control group were treated with carbon dioxide laser. The efficacy, T lymphocyte
subsets, recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were detected and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation
group was 98.36 %, which was significantly higher than that of control group 91.67% (P<0.05); after treatment, the level of CD8+,
CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+ were significantly different in two groups (P<0.05), and compared with control group, CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+were
significantly higher in observation group, and CD8+ was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); and the
recurrence rate of the observation group (5.88 %) was significantly lower than the control group (15 %) (P<0.05); there was no significant
difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Carbon dioxide laser therapy combined with 5-fluorouracil
for the treatment of flat wart is significant, can significantly improve the immune function, and reduce the recurrence rate of verruca
plana juvenilis, worthy of clinical application. |
