| 目的：探讨真核翻译起始因子4E(eIF-4E)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：应用
免疫组化法检测eIF-4E和MMP9 在16 例正常子宫内膜组织、10 例增生子宫内膜组织及42 例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达，分析其
与子宫内膜癌临床病理之间的关系，并研究二者的相关性。结果：eIF-4E 与MMP9 在三组组织中的表达阳性率逐渐增加，三组间
的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，两两比较，正常内膜和内膜癌之间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.0167)。eIF-4E 和MMP9的表达与子
宫内膜癌的FIGO分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移具有显著相关性(P＜0.05)；子宫内膜癌组织中eIF-4E 与MMP9 的阳性表达呈
正相关(r＝0.717，P＜0.05)。结论：eIF-4E 和MMP9 在子宫内膜癌组织中表达显著上调，随FIGO分期的增加、组织学分级的增高
及有淋巴结转移而增高，可能与子宫内膜癌的发生发展相关，二者的联合检测对于评估子宫内膜癌患者的病情及预后有重要的
参考意义。 |

| Objective:To investigate the characteristic expressions of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E (eIF-4E) and matrix
metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) in endometrial carcinoma and study the correlation between the expression and the clinical significance
of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:eIF-4E and MMP9 were detected by immunohistochemical method in 16 cases of normal endometrial
tissues, 10 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma to analyze their expression characteristics. The correlation
between the expression and the clinical pathological features of endometrial carcinoma was also analyzed.Results:The positive
expression rate of eIF4E and MMP9 increased statistically in normal endometrial tissues, hyperplasia endometrium and endometrial carcinoma,
the differences between the three groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05). And there were statistically significant differences
between normal endometrial tissues and endometrial carcinoma (P＜0.0167). The expression levels of eIF-4E and MMP9 were
closely correlated with the FIGO stage, histological grade and lymph metastasis(P＜0.05). The expression of eIF-4E was positively correlated
with the expression of MMP9 in endometrial carcinoma (r＝0.717).Conclusion:The expression of eIF-4E and MMP9 has a close
relationship with the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. The combined detection eIF-4E and MMP9 may
have a potential use in the diagnosis and the prediction of prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. |
