免疫组化Max-Vision 二步法检测48 例SCC 癌组织、距癌灶3~9 cm的癌旁组织及≥ 10 cm的结肠组织以及45 例正常结肠组织
中hMSH6、P53 的表达情况。结果:癌组织、距癌灶3~9 cm 的癌旁组织中,hMSH6 的阳性表达率低于距癌灶≥ 10 cm 结肠组织及
正常结肠组织,P53 的阳性表达率高于距癌灶≥ 10 cm 结肠组织及正常结肠组织,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);hMSH6 阳性
表达与癌灶部位及浸润深度有关(P<0.05);P53 阳性表达与组织学分级有关(P<0.05);hMSH6 与P53 阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.403,
P<0.05)。结论:hMSH6 、P53 的异常表达参与了SCC发生及发展的过程,hMSH6 、P53可作为评价SCC生物学行为的指标。 |

Objective:To study expressions of hMSH6 and P53 in sporadic colorectal carcinoma (SCC) and their relation with
SCC pathological features.Methods:Immunohistochemical Max-Vision two-step method was applied to detect the hMSH6 and P53
expression in 48 cases of SCC tumor tissue, adjacent tissue of 3~9 cm next to neoplastic foci and colon tissue of 10cm next to neoplastic
foci, as well as that in 45 cases of normal colon tissue.Results:The positive expression rate of hMSH6 was lower in cancer tissues and
adjacent tissues of 3~9 cm next to neoplastic foci than in colon tissues of 10 cm next to neoplastic foci and normal colon tissues, while
the positive expression rate of P53 was higher cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of 3~9cm next to neoplastic foci than in colon tissues of
10 cm next to neoplastic foci and normal colon tissues. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). hMSH6 expression was
correlated with the foci location and depth of invasion (P<0.05). P53 positive expression was correlated with histological grade (P<0.05).
The hMSH6 expression was negatively correlated with P53 (r=-0.403, P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of hMSH6 and P53
involved in the process of occurrence and development of SCC. The hMSH6 and P53 can be used as evaluation indicators of SCC
biological behavior. |
