| 目的：探究白细胞介素-10(IL-10)基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症(EMs)易感性的相关性。方法：选取87 例经病理组织学证实
为EMs 患者，对照组为100 例健康女性，应用聚合酶链反应- 限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP) 分析方法，对两组妇女
IL-10-1082、-819 和-592 位点的基因行多态性分析。结果：与对照组相比，EMs 组-1082G/A 位点等位基因及基因频率无差异（P＞
0.05），-819 T/C 和-592A/C 位点等位基因或基因型频率较高（P＜0.05）；与Ⅰ- Ⅱ 期EMs 患者相比，Ⅲ-Ⅳ期EMs 患者-819T/C 和
-592A/C 位点等位基因或基因型频率显著较高（P＜0.01）。结论：IL-10 基因在-819T/C 以及-592A/C 位点的多态性与EMs 的易感
性有显著相关性。 |

| Objective:To investigate the correlation of IL-10 gene polymorphism with the susceptibility of endometriosis(EMs).Methods:87 cases of female patients with EMs confirmed by histopathology were selected as the EMs group and 100 healthy women
were selected as the control group. The gene polymorphism of IL-10, -1082, -819 and -592 were analyzed by PCR-RFLP.Results:No
significant difference was found in the -1082G/A alleles and gene frequency between two groups (P>0.05), the -819 T/C and -592A/c alleles
or genotype frequency were higher in the EMs group than those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with Ⅰ-Ⅱ phase EMs patients,
the -819T/C and -592A/C locus allele or genotype frequency of Ⅲ-Ⅳ phase EMs patients were higher (P<0.01).Conclusion:The
polymorphisms of IL-10 gene in - 819T/C and - 592A/C loci were closely correlated with the susceptibility of endometriosis. |
