      亮氨酸拉链肿瘤抑制因子2(leucine zipper tumor suppressor 2, Lzts2)是一种新发现的抑癌基因,位于人类染色体10q24.3,在 多种肿瘤中异常表达,且对肿瘤的发生、增殖和迁移中均发挥重要作用。LZTS2 拥有亮氨酸拉链结构域(LZ),可以通过该结构域 结合DNA 调节基因转录。LZTS2 还可以参与Wnt/beta-catenin 信号通路调控beta-catenin 的表达及细胞内分布,与NF-kB 亦拥有广泛 的相互作用,从而调控细胞增殖和凋亡。在微管系统中,LZTS2也有重要的调节作用,可抑制细胞的有丝分裂和迁移,增加肿瘤细 胞的药物敏感性。LZTS2作为新的抑癌基因,与肿瘤的大小和淋巴结转移等生物学特性密切相关,可能成为新的诊断标志物,判 断肿瘤的预后,亦可能为肿瘤的基因治疗潜在方向。然而关于LZTS2 及其作用机制的研究尚为不足,本文将对LZTS2 在肿瘤中 的作用机制作简要综述。
英文摘要:
      LZTS2 (leucine zipper tumor suppressor 2), a novel tumor suppressor located on human chromosome 10q24.3, is expressed abnormal in many kinds of tumor and plays an important role during the occurrence, proliferation and migration of tumor. LZTS2 could combine with DNA and regulate transcription through the leucine zipper domains.LZTS2 could also regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis through the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway, the expression and location of beta-catenin and the wide range interactions of NF-kb. Through the regulation of microtubule system, overexpression of LZTS2 cDNA strongly inhibits the cell mitosis and migration, increases the drug sensitivity of tumor cells. The expression of LZTS2 is significant associate with the tumor biological characteristics, such as the size and lymph node metastasis. LZTS2 may be a new marker of tumor diagnosis, assessment and potential target for tumor treatment. However, the study of LZTS2 and its mechanism is still insufficient. In this paper, the research progress of mechanismof LZTS2 in tumor is reviewed.
