| 目的：研究改良腹腔镜下子宫悬吊术加圆韧带缩短术治疗子宫脱垂的临床效果。方法：将从2014 年1 月至2015 年8 月在
我院妇科接受手术治疗的子宫脱垂患者60 例作为研究对象，其中接受改良腹腔镜辅助下实施子宫悬吊术联合圆韧带缩短术者
30 例纳入观察组，接受阴式子宫切除术者30 例纳入对照组，观察并对比两组治疗前后的盆腔器官脱垂定量（POP- Q）分度情况、
手术相关指标及手术并发症。结果：与治疗前比，治疗后两组的POP-Q分度均显著改善（P<0.05）。观察组的手术时间、术中出血量
以及术后留院时长分别显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的手术并发症总发生率是10.00%，显著低于对照组的33.33%（P＜
0.05）。结论：在改良腹腔镜辅助下实施子宫悬吊术联合圆韧带缩短术对子宫脱垂患者的疗效显著，且有利于患者尽快康复，安全
性高，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified laparoscopic uterine suspension combined with shortening of
round ligament in treatment of uterine prolapse.Methods:A total of 60 patients with uterine prolapse, who underwent operation in
department of gynaecology of the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2014 to August 2015,were
chosen as research subjects, among which 30 patients underwent modified laparoscopic uterine suspension combined with shortening of
round ligament (as observation group), and 30 patients underwent vaginal hysterectomy (as control group). The status of pelvic organ
prolapse quantitation (POP-Q) before and after operation, related operation indexes and complications in two groups were observed and
compared.Results:Compared with before operation, the POP-Q grades were significantly improved in the two groups after operation
(P<0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and the hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those in
the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications (10.00%) in the observation group was significantly lower than that
(33.33%) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified laparoscopic uterine suspension combined with shortening of round
ligament has a better curative effect in treatment of patients with uterine prolapse, and it is helpful for patients to recover as soon as
possible, with high security, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical field. |
