| 目的：探讨复方黄柏液联合派瑞松治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效及其对患者血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及
白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法：选择于我院就诊的脂溢性皮炎患者120 例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各60 例。对
照组患者采用派瑞松进行治疗，实验组患者采用复方黄柏液联合派瑞松进行治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者血清白细胞介素-2
(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平，并比较治疗后脂溢性皮炎复发率、复发间隔天数及临床治疗效果。结果：
治疗后，与对照组相比，实验组患者血清IL-10 水平及复发率明显较低(P＜0.05)；血清IL-2、IL-8 水平及临床总有效率较高(P＜
0.05)；痊愈至复发的间隔时间较长(P＜0.05)。结论：复方黄柏液联合派瑞松能够明显提高脂溢性皮炎的临床治疗效果，降低临床
复发率，可能与缓解机体的炎症反应有关。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of the IL-8, IL-10 and clinical efficacy by Fufanghuangbai liquid with pevisone on
the levels of serum interleukin IL-8 (IL-8), leukocyte mediated IL-2 (IL-2) and leukocyte mediated IL-10 (IL-10) in patients with
seborrheic dermatitis and its clinical curative effects.Methods:120 patients with seborrheic dermatitis who were treated in our hospital
were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the
control group were treated with pevisone, while the patients in the experiment group were treated with Fufanghuangbai liquid on the basis
of the control group. Then the levels of IL-2, IL-8 and IL-10 in the serum of patients, the recurrence rate, the hospitalization and the
clinical effect of patients in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results:Compared with the
control group after treatment, the levels of IL-10 in the serum of patients and the recurrence rate were lower (P<0.05); the levels of IL-2
and IL-8 in the serumof patients and total clinical efficiency were higher (P<0.05), and the interval between the cure and the recurrence
were longer (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Fufanghuangbai combined with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate can significantly
improve the clinical effect of the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis, reduce the rate of clinical relapse, speculated that the mechanismmay
be related with human T cell levels. |
