      Wnt5a 是Wnt 蛋白家族中的成员之一,在细胞成熟、胚胎发育等过程中发挥着重要作用。研究表明Wnt5a 的表达调控及其 信号通路与血管新生密切相关,并且在血管新生性相关疾病中发挥了重要作用。本文从Wnt5a 与其相关信号转导通路对血管新 生的影响以及分子机制等方面进行阐述和展望,旨在为以Wnt5a 为靶点进行血管新生性疾病的防治提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Wnt5a is a member of the Wnts protein family, which plays an important role in the process of cell maturation, embryonic development and so on. It has been shown that the expression of Wnt5a and its signaling pathway are closely related to angiogenesis, which play an important role in angiogenesis related diseases. In this literature review, we summarized data on wnt5a and its signaling pathway and their involvement in angiogenesis and related diseases. Further comprehensive understanding of the function and relationship between wnt5a and angiogenesis would enable us to develop novel diagnostic and therapeutic targets for prevention and treatment of vascular diseases.
