| 大型海藻龙须菜富含活性多糖、藻红蛋白、膳食纤维和营养元素等，具有调节免疫活性、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒等多种生物
活性、药用价值和保健功效，经常食用可预防肥胖、高胆固醇、高血脂、便秘等代谢疾病。近年来，随着龙须菜抗肿瘤活性成分的筛
选与深入分析，越来越多的人开始关注龙须菜的抗肿瘤活性及其在肿瘤防治中的作用与机理。对龙须菜药用价值及其抗肿瘤活
性的新进展进行总结有利于指导抗肿瘤新药的研制和开发，从而更好地预防和治疗肿瘤。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Macroalgae of Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis (G. lemaneiformis) are rich in bioactive polysaccharide, Phycoerythrin,
dietary fiber and nutrients, which have multiple biological active and medicinal effects, such as modulate immune activity, anticancer, antioxidant,
antiviral and so on. It can prevent obesity, high cholesterol, high blood cholesterol, constipation and other metabolic diseases
with long-term consumption. In recent years, with the screening and deeply analysis of antitumor constituents from G. lemaneiformis,
more and more people are paying attention to the antitumor activity of G. lemaneiformis and its role in cancer prevention and treatment.
The study of medicinal properties and antitumor activity of G. lemaneiformis will help guiding the development of new anticancer drugs.
This review summarized the medicinal properties and antitumor activity of G. lemaneiformis, which can contribute to the research and
development of new anticancer drugs, so as to better prevent and treat cancer. |
