| 目的：探讨老年术后疼痛分级与早期认知功能的相关性。方法：收集我院2014 年3 月至2014 年9 月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术
的老年患者80 例，所有患者麻醉诱导，术中丙泊酚麻醉维持。术后24 h、48 h对患者进行简易智能精神状态量表（MMSE）、画钟测
验（CDT）及痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）测验，分析VAS 评分与MMSE、CDT 评分的相关性。结果：术后48 h较24 h VAS 评分降低，
而MMSE、CDT 评分均升高（P<0.05）。术后24 h、48 h VAS评分与MMSE 评分无明显相关性（均P>0.05）；而VAS 评分与CDT 评
分呈明显的负相关关系（r24 h=-0.732，r48 h=-0.659，均P<0.05）。结论：老年术后疼痛分级与早期认知功能呈负相关关系。 |

| Objective:To discuss the correlation between elderly postoperative pain grading and early cognitive function.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients, who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University
Medical College, Nanjing from March 2014 to September 2014, were collected. All the patients were given anesthesia induction and
propofol anesthesia maintenance in operation, the tests of mini mental state examination (MMSE), clock drawing test (CDT) and visual
analogue scale(VAS) 24 h and 48 h after operationThen the correlation between VAS score and MMSE, CDT scores was analyzed.Results:The VAS score 48 h after operation was decreased than that 24 h after operation, but the MMSE, CDT scores were increased(P<0.05).
There was no significant correlation between VAS score and MMSE score 24 h and 48 h after operation(P>0.05), but the VAS score was
significantly negatively correlated with CDT score 24 h and 48 h after operation(r24 h=-0.73, r48 h=-0.659, P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly
postoperative pain grading negatively correlates with the early cognitive function. |
