      目的:探讨粪菌移植(FMT)联合聚乙二醇治疗顽固性功能性便秘的临床疗效及对患者生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法:选 择第四军医大学西京消化病院2013 年11月至2015 年5 月门诊顽固性功能性便秘患者35 例,所有患者均行FMT 治疗,同时联 合聚乙二醇电解质散剂,疗程4 周,采用便秘患者症状评分量表(KESS)、生存质量量表(PAC-QOL)、Zung 焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑 郁自评量表(SDS)观察治疗前后及随访3 个月便秘患者症状、生活质量及心理状态的改变。结果:治疗后及随访3 个月时,患者的 临床治愈率分别为37.1 %、34.3 %,改善率分别为77.1 %、71.4 %,KESS、PAC-QOL、SAS、SDS总评分均较治疗前明显减低(P< 0.05)。治疗及随访期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论:FMT 联合聚乙二醇能安全、有效的改善顽固性功能性便秘患者的相关症状, 提高生活质量,改善异常心理状态,值得临床推广。

      Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) combined with polyethylene glycol on intractable constipation and its effect on the quality of life and psychological states.Methods:A total of 35 patients with intractable constipation were treated with combined therapy of FMT and polyethylene glycol for 4 weeks in our department from November 2013 to May 2015. Knowles-Eccersley-Scott-Symptom (KESS) score, the patient assessment of constipation quality of life (PAC-QoL) score, Zung selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) and selfrating depression scale (SDS) were recorded to assess the effects before and after treatment.Results:After treatment, the clinical recovery rate and improvement rate were 37.1 %and 77.1 %, which were 34.3 %and 71.4%after 3 months' follow-up, the KESS, PAC-QoL, SAS and SDS scores were all significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). No serious adverse event occurred during the whole follow-up.Conclusion:Combination of Fecal microbiota transplantation and polyethylene glycol could significantly improve the quality of life and the abnormal psychological status of patients with intractable constipation.
