目的:探讨有氧康复运动联合中药口服对脑瘫患儿血清NSE、EF-1、1,25-二羟维生素D3 水平变化的影响及临床意义。方法:
选取我院收治的脑瘫患儿80 例,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组及实验组,对照组予以常规内科治疗及康复锻炼,实验组予以有
氧康复联合中药口服治疗。比较各组患儿治疗前后糖化分解烯醇酶NSE、内皮素EF-1、1,25- 二羟维生素D3、食欲、排便、面色、体
质、淀粉酶等水平变换情况。结果:实验组NSE 及EF-1 水平低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组1,25- 二羟维生素D3 及微量元素、淀粉
酶、体质体征水平高于对照组,其结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有氧康复运动联合健脾益气的中药汤药口服可降低脑瘫患
儿血清NSE 及EF-1 间接促进神经系统恢复,且加速1.25-二羟VitD3合成效率,促进患儿对营养物质的吸收及代谢,治疗小儿脑
瘫临床疗效理想。 |

Objective:To investigate the effect of aerobic rehabilitation exercise combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on
the serum levels of NSE, EF-1 and 1,25- (OH)2-VitD3 in cerebral palsy children.Methods:80 children with cerebral palsy from our
hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different treatment. The patients in
control group were treated by routine treatment of internal medicine and rehabilitation exercise and the patients in experiment group were
treated by aerobic rehabilitation combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine. The level of NSE, endothelin (EF-1), 1,25-(OH)2-VitD3,
amylase and the situation of appetite, defecation, complexion, physical fitness were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group, the level of NSE and EF-1 were lower in experimental group with statistical significance(P<0.05), and
the level of 1,25- (OH)2-VitD3, trace elements, amylase and physical signs were higher in experimental group with statistical difference
compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aerobic rehabilitation exercise combined with oral decoction can reduce NSE and
EF-1, then indirectly promote neurological recovery, and also can accelerate the 1,25-(OH)2-VitD3 synthesis efficacy and promote nutrient
absorption and metabolism, so it is an ideal clinical treatment scheme for the children with cerebral palsy. |
