| 目的：探讨实施激光辅助孵化对冻融的第三天胚胎进行囊胚培养后移植妊娠结局的影响。方法：回顾性分析冻融第三天胚
胎行囊胚培养和移植的542 例患者的临床资料，其中164例接受激光辅助孵化(LAH 组)，378 例没有进行激光辅助孵化(NLAH
组)，比较两组患者的胚胎种植率、着床率、临床妊娠率及流产率。结果：LAH 组和NLAH 组患者的年龄、不孕年限、体重指数、解冻
胚胎数目、存活胚胎数目、移植胚胎数目比较均没有显著性差异(P＞0.05)，LAH 组的临床妊娠率高于NLAH组，流产率低于
NLAH组，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。LAH组中≤ 30 岁患者的着床率和临床妊娠率均高于NLAH组中≤ 30 岁患者，而流产
率则较低；LAH 组≤ 30 岁，30～34 岁以及＞34 岁患者的流产率均分别低于NLAH组，但差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：激
光辅助孵化并没有明显改善冻融第三天胚胎囊胚培养后移植的临床结局。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of laser assisted hatching on the outcome of vitrified-warmed third day embryo
transfer after blastocyst culture.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 542 patients that thawed third day embryo
transfer after blastocyst culture, including 164 patients with laser assisted hatching(LAH group) and 378 patients without laser assisted
hatching (NLAH group).Results:There was no significant difference in the female age, years of infertility, body mass index, number
of thawed embryo, number of embryo survived, number of embryo transferred between two groups(P＞0.05). Compared with the NLAH
group, the pregnancy rate of LAH group was higher, but miscarriage rate was lower (P＞0.05). The implantation and clinical pregnancy
rates of patients ≤ 30 years in LAH group were higher than those in NLAH group, but the miscarriage rate was lower. And the miscarriage
rate of patients ≤ 30 years, 30～34 years and＞34 years in LAHgroup were lower than those in NLAHgroup (P＞0.05).Conclusion:LAH had no benefit to improve the clinical outcome of vitrified-warmed third day embryo transfer after blastocyst culture. |
