CD70 是一种属于肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)超家族的Ⅱ型跨膜蛋白,其受体CD27 是分子量为55 kDa 的I型跨膜糖蛋白。CD70
主要表达于活化的T 细胞、B细胞及成熟的树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)中,然而在病理状态下CD70 却高表达于多种肿瘤组
织中。目前以CD70 为靶点的免疫治疗药物已经应用于临床前期研究。脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,CD70 在肿
瘤细胞表面的表达,既可使肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监视、诱导免疫细胞凋亡,同时也可以激活部分免疫细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞,这些研究
给胶质瘤免疫治疗带来了新的方向。本文就近年来CD70 在肿瘤尤其是胶质瘤研究中的进展做一综述,以期为CD70 在胶质瘤的
免疫治疗方面提供参考和研究依据。 |

CD70 is a type Ⅱ transmembrane glycoprotein which belongs to tumor necrosis factor super family. Its receptor
CD27 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein of about 55 kDa. CD70 expressed in activated T cells, B cells and mature dendritic cells.
However, CD70 is highly expressed in the variety of tumor tissue. The Immunotherapy drugs of targeting CD70 have been used in the
pre-clinic studies. Glioma is the most common malignant tumor of the central nervous system. Tumor cells expressed CD70 could escape
immune surveillance, induce apoptosis and active the immune cells. These studies bring a new direction in the immunotherapy of glioma.
This paper summarizes the development of CD70 in tumor especially in glioma, so as to provide provide valuable references and evidence
for immunotherapy of glioma. |
