      目的:探究姜黄素对宫颈癌晚期放疗患者Bcl-xL、Bcl-2、EphA2 与EphrinA1 表达的影响。方法:收集160 例晚期宫颈癌放疗 患者的宫颈癌石蜡标本,分为姜黄素组与对照组,均给予放射治疗,姜黄素组放疗期间加服姜黄素片剂,采用免疫组化等实验方 法,观察两组病例标本Bcl-xL、Bcl-2、EphA2 与EphrinA1 的表达情况,比较两组病理标本化疗前后的凋亡细胞指数(AI)与微血管 密度(MVD)。结果:姜黄素组的Bcl-xL、Bcl-2、EphA2 与EphrinA1 的表达阳性率分别为8.3 %、43.33 %、46.67 %、15.0 %,均显著低 于对照组(P<0.05);放疗后姜黄素组的AI 显著高于对照组(P<0.05),MVD 显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄素可抑制Bcl-xL、 Bcl-2 的表达以促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,同时降低EphA2 与EphrinA1 的表达以减少肿瘤微血管形成,有显著的抗肿瘤与放疗增敏作 用。

      Objective:To investigate the effect of curcumin on the expression of EphrinA1, EphA2, Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL in patients with cervical cancer in advanced stage.Methods:The paraffin specimens of 160 cases of advanced cervical carcinoma treated with radiotherapy were collected and divided into curcumin group and control group. The two groups were treated with radiotherapy, while the curcumin group was treated with curcuminand. The expression of EphrinA1, EphA2, Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL were observed in the two groups through the experimental method. The apoptotic cell index (AI) and microvessel density (MVD) were compared between the two groups.Results:The positive rate of EphrinA1, EphA2, Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL was 8.3 %, 43.33 %, 15 %, 46.67 %, 8.3 %, respectively, significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), respectively. AI was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and MVD was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Curcumin can inhibit the expression of Bcl-xL and Bcl-2 in order to promote tumor cell apoptosis, and decrease the expression of EphA2 and EphrinA1 in order to reduce tumor angiogenesis, and has a significant effect on antitumor and radiotherapy.
