| 目的：研究在腺行膀胱炎(cystitis glandularis,CG)以及膀胱癌（bladder carcinoma，BC）中livin 和caspase-9 的表达，探讨腺性
膀胱炎与膀胱癌可能存在的关系。方法：收集哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院2014 年1 月～2014 年10 月住院患者60例组织石蜡
标本，应用SP（streptavidin-perosidase）法检测livin 和caspase-9 在腺性膀胱炎组织（30 例）、膀胱癌组织（30 例）和正常组织（30 例）
中的表达。结果：正常膀胱、CG 和BC 组织中livin 阳性表达率分别为0/30，9/30(30 %)和14/30(46.67 %)，差异有统计学意义(P＜
0.05)；caspase-9 在正常膀胱、CG和BC 组织中的阳性表达率分别20/30(66.67 %)，15 /30(50 %)，3/30(10 %) ，差异有统计学意义(
P＜0.05)。结论：腺性膀胱炎可能是正常膀胱组织向膀胱腺癌发展的一个中间阶段，在CG向BC 发展过程中livin 和caspase-9 的
异常表达具有普遍性，临床上应积极治疗并密切随访，并可将livin 和caspase-9 作为诊断早期膀胱癌的检测指标。 |

| Objective:To investigate the expressions of livin and caspase-9 in cystitis glandularis (CG) tissue and bladder
carcinoma (BC) and their clinical significance, to explore cystitis glandularis and bladder carcinoma relationship.Methods:60 patients
hospitalized tissue paraffin were collected in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2014 to October
2014. The expressions of livin and caspase-9 in 30 CG cases, 30 BC cases and 30 cases of normal tissues were determined by
streptavidin- peroxidase immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive expression rates of livin were 0/30, 9/30 (30 %) and 14/30
(46.67 %), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the positive expression of caspase-9 were 20/ 30 (66.67 %), 15 /30 (50
%), 3/30 (10 %) , the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Cystitis glandularis may be a pre-malignant lesion in
bladder, the CG patients with livin-positive and caspase-9-positive expression should need a regular followed-up for early detection of
bladder cancer. |
