      目的:观察不同产地雷公藤对巨噬细胞上清液中炎性因子的影响。方法:收集国内雷公藤药材18 批,经提取分离后所得的 醇提物经细胞活性检测测定其作用于小鼠骨髓来源巨噬细胞(BMDM)的半数抑制率(IC50),18 批样品均以IC50 浓度作用 BMDM 细胞,以Elisa 法对各组细胞上清液中的IL-6、IL-10 及iNOS 的含量进行检测,并通过与柳氮磺吡啶的比较观察各批次对 巨噬细胞的影响。结果:安徽亳州产及贵州黔东南自治州雷州县产雷公藤醇提物的巨噬细胞上清液中IL-6 及iNOS 的含量均显 著低于柳氮磺吡啶(P<0.05),且其上清液中IL-10 的含量均显著高于柳氮磺吡啶(P<0.05)。结论:安徽亳州产及贵州黔东南自治 州雷州县产雷公藤的醇提物对巨噬细胞的总体抗炎功效优于柳氮磺吡啶,且贵州黔东南自治州雷州县产雷公藤的出膏率最高, 可作为雷公藤在治疗类风湿关节炎方面的" 道地药材" 进行深入的探索与研究。

      Objective:To observe effect of different regions of tripterygiumwilfordii on macrophage inflammatory factor.Methods:18 batches of Tripterygium wilfordii were collected, then the samples turned into alcohol extract by extraction and isolation. The IC50 values of alcohol extracts were measured by MTT in BMDM cell. BMDM cell were induced by the 18 batches of samples with IC50, then IL-6, IL-10, iNOS were detected by Elisa. The efficacy of different regions of tripterygium wilfordii on macrophage inflammatory factor was evaluated by comparison with sulfasalazine.Results:The content of IL-6 and iNOS in An-Hui and Gui-Zhou groups were significantly lower than sulfasalazine (P<0.05), and the content of IL-10 in An-Hui and Gui-Zhou groups were significantly higher than sulfasalazine( P<0.05).Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory effect of Anhui and Guizhou`s tripterygium wilfordii treat rheumatoid arthritis is better than sulfasalazine, and the extract rate of Guizhou`s tripterygium wilfordii is the largest, so it is genuine regional drug in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, additional research will analyze associations between Guizhou`s tripterygiumwilfordii and rheumatoid arthritis.
