| 目的：探讨关节置换法和内固定法对老年骨质疏松合并股骨粗隆间骨折患者的治疗效果。方法：选择2011 年12 月到2014
年12 月在我院收治的96 例老年骨质疏松合并股骨粗隆间骨折患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，分别采用内固定法和关节置换
法进行治疗，对比两组临床疗效、并发症发生率和骨密度值。结果：实验组患者下地时间和并发症发生率均明显小于对照组（P<0.
05）。实验组的优良率（95.83%）明显高于对照组（70.83%），具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者骨密度值均明显高于治疗
前（P<0.05），实验组骨密度值明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：关节置换法治疗老年骨质疏松合并股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果优
于内固定法，能明显降低并发症发生率，增强骨密度，改善患者预后。 |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of joint replacement and internal fixation in the treatment of elderly
osteoporosis complicated with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:A total of 96 elderly patients with osteoporosis complicated
with femoral intertrochanteric fracture, who were treated in Guangrao People's Hospital from December 2011 to December 2014, were
randomly divided into control group and experiment group. The control group was treated with internal fixation, while the experiment
group, with joint replacement. The clinical efficacy, the incidence of complications and the bone density of two groups were compared .Results:The time of getting off the bed and the incidence of complications of the experiment group were obviously shorter and lower
than those of the control group (P<0.05). The optimal and good rate of experimental group (95.83%) was significantly better than that
(70.83%) of control group (P<0.05). Bone density of the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment (P<0.05), and the
bone density of experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint replacement has
a better clinical efficacy than internal fixation in the treatment of elderly osteoporosis complicated with femoral intertrochanteric fracture,
which can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, increase bone density, and improve the prognosis of patients. |
