见的严重的并发症,新诊断的患者2 年内易于发生,最常见于非霍奇金淋巴瘤弥漫大B 细胞型(non-Hodgkin diffuse large B-cell
lymphoma-,NHL-DLBCL),目前,对于初始治疗后出现中枢复发其发病机制并不清楚。microRNA(miRNA)是一类新发现的非编码
小分子RNA,通过抑制靶基因翻译或降解靶miRNA 调控基因表达,参与细胞分化、增殖、调亡等生命活动。miRNA在淋巴瘤的发
生发展中有重要作用。近年来大量研究已证实miRNA与肿瘤的组织来源、进展、转移预后与耐药都密切相关,既可作为抑癌基
因,也可作为癌基因。淋巴瘤是一种血液免疫系统肿瘤,与淋巴瘤相关的miRNA 已成为当前研究热点之一。microRNAs的功能紊
乱如何导致DLBCL发生的机制目前还没有得到很好的证明,但DLBCL患者中464 种miRNAs 显示microRNA(包括miRNA-
17-92 簇)预测淋巴瘤的准确率达95%,为淋巴瘤研究提供了新依据。 |

Central nervous system (CNS) relapse is an uncommon devastating complication of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
(DLBCL) that usually occurs within 2 years from initial diagnosis. CNS relapse rates reported in series which contained mostly patients
with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), the most common non-Hodgkin lymphoma, however, in other aggressive lymphomas, the
incidence of CNS relapse is low, ranging between 1 and 7%. There is no consensus on the definition of high-risk patients for CNS
relapse. Micrornas (miRNA) is a new kind of non-coding small RNA molecules that inhibit or degradation of target miRNA and involve
in cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, and other life activities. Micrornas play an important role in the development of lymphoma.
MicroRNA play an important role in the development of lymphoma. In recent years a large number of studies have identified correlation
which microRNA, tumor tissue sources, progression, prognosis of metastasis and the resistance of drugs. It can be used as tumor
suppressor genes, also as a cancer gene. Lymphoma which associated microRNA has become one of the current research hotspots is a
kind of blood tumor immune system. The microRNAs of dysfunction mechanisms leading to DLBCL which has not been well proved,
but 464 kinds of miRNAs in patients with DLBCL show miRNAs (including microRNAs - 17-92 clusters) prediction of the type of
lymphoma accuracy reaches 95%, provides a new basis for the research of lymphoma. |
