| 目的：比较HBV相关性肝细胞癌患者的肝癌组织与癌旁组织中miR-375 的表达。方法：以西京医院进行肝癌切除术治疗的
HBsAg阳性的25 例患者为研究对象，收集肝癌组织、癌旁组织及术前外周血标本，并采集相关临床信息。采用反转录和实时荧光
定量PCR 的方法检测组织中miR-375 的表达水平。结果：本研究共收集的25 例肝癌患者HBsAg 均为阳性，在肝癌组织中
miR-375 的表达水平为2.51× 10-3± 3.61× 10-3，显著低于在癌旁组织中的表达水平(15.23× 10-3± 20.85× 10-3；t=3.12，P＜0.05）。结
论：miR-375 在HBV相关性肝细胞癌肝癌组织中表达显著下调。 |

| Objective:To investigate the miR-375 expression profiles in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and adjacent
non-tumor tissues.Methods:Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was applied to examine the expression of
miR-375 in 25 HCC from patients who were diagnosed and operated, in comparion with the corresponding adjacent non-tumor tissues.
Based on the medical records, the relevant information was extracted.Results:There were 25 HCC patients in the study. HBsAg of all
patients were positive. The expression of miR-375 in HCC tissues was 2.51× 10-3± 3.61× 10-3, the expression of miR-375 in adjacent
non-tumor tissues was 15.23× 10-3± 20.85× 10-3. The expression of miR-375 in HCC tissues significantly lower than that in adjacent
non-tumor tissues(P＜0.05).Conclusion:miR-375 expression was significantly decreased in tumor tissues of HCC patients. |
