目的:研究精神疲劳状态下脑组织血氧饱和度的变化规律。方法:从某军校随机抽取25 名被试,采用模拟飞行任务负荷构建
精神疲劳模型,采用NASA-TLX 量表评价模型。实验全程使用近红外光谱技术对被试脑组织血氧饱和度进行实时监测;实验前后
分别对被试的作业绩效水平进行评估。结果:任务后NASA-TLX 量表评分明显高于任务前(P<0.01);任务前后作业绩效发生变
化,反应能力测试的正确率下降(P<0.01),错误率上升(P<0.01);任务负荷后脑组织血氧饱和度相对于静息状态升高(P<0.05)。结
论:精神疲劳状态会影响被试的作业绩效。疲劳后脑组织血氧饱和度水平受被试动机以及代偿机制的影响高于静息水平。 |

Objective:To assess the cerebral oxygen saturation under mental fatigue based on the near infrared spectroscopy
(NIRS).Methods:25 volunteers selected randomly from X aviation college were asked to perform simulated combined flight task
consecutively to get mental fatigue. NASA-TLX scale and work performance were used to assess the volunteers before and after the task,
cerebral oxygenation saturation was monitored by NIRS through the task.Results:The score of NASA-TLX scalein creasedafter the task
(P<0.01). The work performance of the volunteers changed after the task, the accuracy decreased after the task(P<0.01), the error rate
increased after the task(P<0.01). The level of cerebral oxygen saturation increased after the task compared with the level during the rest
(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mental fatigue does have side effect on work performance. The motivation of the volunteers contributed to the
increase of cerebral oxygenation saturation. |
