| 目的：探讨黄芪多糖对非小细胞肺癌外周血糖类抗原125(CA125)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)
表达的影响。方法：选取我院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者100 例，随机分为两组，每组各50 例，对照组予常规放疗，实验组在对照组
的基础上，加以注射用黄芪多糖250 mg，溶于500 ml生理盐水中，日1次，与放疗同步，7 日为1 个疗程，治疗2 个疗程。治疗后，
观察和比较两组患者的临床疗效，血常规、血CA125、VEGF及MMP-9 的表达情况。结果：①治疗后，实验组的总有效率为86.0%，
对照组的总有效率为64%，显著低于实验组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。②治疗后，对照组Hb、WBC、NEUT 较治疗前均显著降
低，而RBC变化不明显，实验组Hb、WBC、NEUT 均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。③治疗后1、5、14 天，两组
患者的外周血CA125、VEGF及MMP-9 表达均较治疗前有所降低，且实验组治疗后5、14 天外周血CA125、VEGF 及MMP-9 表
达均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：黄芪多糖能够有效降低非小细胞肺癌患者外周血CA125、VEGF及
MMP-9 表达，提高其临床疗效，改善放疗所致骨髓抑制。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide on the CA125, VEGF and MMP-9 expression levels
in peripheral blood of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods:100 cases of patients with non small cell lung cancer admitted
in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with
conventional radiotherapy, the experimental group was treated on the basis of control group, 250 mg astragalus polysaccharide injection
was dissolved in 500 mL normal saline, 1 time a day, and radiotherapy, the 7 day for 1 courses, 2 courses of treatment. After treatment,
the clinical efficacy, blood routine and CA125, VEGF and MMP-9 expression levels in peripheral blood were compared between two
groups.Results:①After treatment, the clinical efficacy of experimental group was 86.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the
control group (64%)(P<0.05). ②After the treatment, the Hb, WBC, NEUT of experimental group were significantly higher than those of
the control group (P<0.05). ③ On the 1st, 5th, 14th day after treatment, the CA125, VEGF and MMP-9 expression levels in peripheral
blood were significantly decreased than those before treatment, and the CA125, VEGF and MMP-9 expression levels in peripheral blood
On the 5th, 14th day after treatment of experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus polysaccharide could improve the therapeutic effects of Non-small-Cell Lung Cancer, improve the the CA125, VEGF and
MMP-9 expression levels in peripheral blood and radiotherapy induced myelosuppression. |
