| 目的：探讨膝周神经射频热凝治疗顽固性膝骨关节炎疼痛的疗效。方法：收集2013 年1 月至2014 年1 月，我院收治的顽固
性膝骨关节炎疼痛患者62 例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各31例。观察组予以膝周神经射频热凝联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治
疗，对照组单纯行关节腔内玻璃酸钠注射治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗后VAS 评分及OKS 评分均显著低于对
照组（P<0.05）；两组均未见明显并发症。结论：膝周神经射频热凝辅助治疗顽固性膝关节炎疼痛疗效显著，创伤较小，可促进关节
功能的康复，值得推广应用。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effects of genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of intractable knee
osteoarthritic pain.Methods:62 cases of patients with intractable knee osteoarthritic pain in our hospital between January 2013 and
January 2014 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 31 cases in each group. The observation
group received genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation combined intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for treatment, the
control group received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment, the VAS score and OKS score in observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05);
groups were no significant complications.Conclusion:Genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of intractable knee
osteoarthritic pain has a significant effect and less trauma, can promote the rehabilitation of joint function, it should be widely applied. |
