| 目的：研究饮食干预联合左卡尼汀治疗维持性血液透析营养不良的疗效。方法：选取我院2012 年1 月到2014 年1月收治的
90 例维持性血液透析营养不良患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45 例，对照组进行常规的血液透析治疗，观察组在对照组的
基础上行饮食干预联合左卡尼汀的治疗，观察并对比两组患者治疗前后的疗效。结果：观察组患者治疗后体重指数（BMI）和体重
增幅显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)；观察组患者治疗后总蛋白（TP）、前白蛋白（PA）、白蛋白（Alb）显著高于对
照组，血肌酐（SCr）、尿素氮（BUN）显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)；观察组患者治疗后SGA 评分显著高于对
照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：饮食干预联合左卡尼汀利于改善维持性血液透析营养不良患者的营养不良的症状，效果
显著，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective:To study the curative effect of dietary intervention combined with Levocarnitine in the treatment of
malnutrition atients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 90 maintenance patients with hemodialysis malnutrition, who
were admitted to Shanghai Tongren Hospital from January 2012 to January 2014, were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)
and control group (n=45). The control group was treated with routine hemodialysis therapy, while the observation group was added
dietary intervention combined with Levocarnitine on the basis of control group. The curative effect in the two groups before and after
treatment were compared.Results:The Body mass index (BMI) and the increase of body weight in the observation group after treatment
were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Total protein (TP),
prealbumin(PA) and albumin(Alb) in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group, but
the serumcreatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were
statistically significant (P<0.05); SGA score in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control
group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary intervention combined with Levocarnitine is good for
improving the symptoms of malnutrition patients with maintenance hemodialysis,and it has a significant curative effect, which is worthy
of promotion in the clinical field. |
